We believe students learn a great deal by gaining hands-on experience inside an organisation. At the same time, our companies discover new talent, share knowledge and build the future together with them.

Internships at our own companies
CTM brings the internships of the companies within our Growth Funds together in one place, giving Dutch MBO and HBO students an overview of the opportunities on Curaçao, Aruba and Bonaire.
We help students discover a suitable internship and support them through the steps needed to start well prepared.
